Redemption procedure
- Launch Neverness to Everness and finish the prologue (otherwise the redemption menu is locked)
- Open the main menu via the smartphone icon in the top right
- Click the three-dot menu next to your avatar
- Select "Redeem Code" from the list
- Type the code in uppercase exactly as written, no spaces
- Click Confirm
- Open the mailbox via the envelope icon to claim the rewards
Rewards arrive within seconds in the mailbox. Remember to claim them within 30 days before they expire.
